Before you order, please make sure to have read my Terms of Service. These terms are NOT applicable for commercial work. Therefore the client can only use the art for personal purposes.All prices are base prices. Things that might increase the price are intricate character designs, the number of characters, and major corrections.

Please DM me to discuss your vision! I will let you know if I can execute the piece or not. The final price will have an additional 10% of the price we agreed on for the transfer fee.*Starting price only. Final price will depend on the complexity of the overall piece.

TERMS OF SERVICE

1. GENERAL TERMS

• All drawings will include a subtle sign that you may not remove.• I might record the drawing process and post it on my social media accounts.• Please provide both visual and descriptive references, the latter is fine but I prefer to see visuals more so that I can understand your vision better.• After sending a message, please confirm within 2 days if you're sure about purchasing your commission.
• Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled with no refunds.• Prices are subject to change based on demand.• I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

2. PAYMENT

• I do not accept payment in cryptocurrencies.• First pay first-served basis.• As of August 2022 I’m only accepting in USD and will be paid through Paypal invoice only.• Commissions will be paid 100% upfront.• Please don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot.• Let me know when you're ready to pay, I will send you an invoice as soon as possible.• Please send your donations to my Ko-fi instead of the "tip" feature on PayPal invoice so that I get to keep most of the money.

3. PROCESS AND DELIVERY

• I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a refund (see point 7 further below for more info on rebates).• While I'm working on your commission, I will do reviews with you to make sure I make it just right for you.• The amount of reviews depends on the complexity of the work.• During the reviews, you will see work-in-progress. These images will usually include a watermark and be smaller than the finished piece.• The time it takes to finish 1 illustration commission varies from 1 week to 2 months, depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, your position in my commission queue, and my school work.• Suppose anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time. In that case, I will let you know as soon as possible.• Once I finish the piece, you will receive the full-resolution image. Note that there is no physical product.

4. REVISIONS

• You get three rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price.• There will be an added fee if you want something changed on the final drawing – unless it's a misunderstanding from my side.• If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The extra charge amount depends on the change you want me to make and has an hourly wage basis ( $30/hour).• If your reference is unclear to start with, major changes will come at an extra charge.

5. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

I, Zen (the artist), claim the produced drawing's rights, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:• Use it to promote my work anywhere
• Publish books with it (artbooks and the like.)
• Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, and the like.)
• Post it wherever I want.The buyer is allowed to:• Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, and the like.)
• Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the drawing itself.
• Use the artwork to promote themselves. You must give me credit when you post it.
• Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the drawing itself is not the main subject for the earnings.The following is considered copyright infringement:• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way. STRICTLY NOT FOR NFTS OR ANY CRYPTOCURRENCY RELATED.
• Claiming the artwork as your own
• Removing my signature from the artwork
• Altering the artwork without my consent
• I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (You can request to purchase the drawing for non-personal use at any time).

6. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

• I will do everything I can to make my customers happy :D• If you have a problem with anything regarding the commissioned piece, please tell me right away to find a solution together.

7. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

• The client loses all rights to a refund for any ill behavior while discussing with the artist privately.• The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.• If I am unable to start your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.• If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.• If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.• If you requested a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund, you would lose all the beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece. I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, I will blacklist you for commissioning me again.
